Production Floor Supervisor (2nd Shift)

This position supports the production team. The Production Floor Supervisor will oversee daily tasks of personnel on the Production Floor in a hands-on environment. This is a full-time position with afternoon and evening hours covering the duration of the production shift, Monday - Saturday.

This candidate must be able to work in a dynamic setting, communicate effectively with team members, perform multiple duties, and engage in new opportunities each day.

Essential Job and Duties

- Supervise daily tasks of Production Floor personnel

- Manage a team of 10-15 employees

- Enforce GMPs and maintain quality standards

- Achieve daily production goals and implement Plant initiatives

- Check labels, lot codes, and product stacking patterns

- Capable of working in various work settings of the facility including warehouse, office, and plant areas

Requirements

- Strong communication and leadership skills required

- Strong attention to detail

- Leads by example

- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated

- Must be able to manage changing priorities associated with a fast-paced, team environment

- Ability to multi-task

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred but not required

- Must be able to withstand standing for long periods of time
