Senior Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of marketing campaigns, including print, POS, and branded materials 
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery 
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide production guidance 
• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors 
• Ensure quality control across all deliverables, maintaining brand and technical standards 
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Client Services, Creative) to align on project objectives 
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities 
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues 
• Support workflow management and prioritisation across multiple projects 
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and production records
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Experience in print, POS, or production management within an agency or marketing environment 
• Strong project management and organisational skills 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality delivery 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Commercial awareness, including budget and cost management 
• Comfortable working with production systems and tools 
• Fluency in English and French are essential.
