<p><strong>Senior Production Manager</strong></p> <p>Full Time<br>St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Head of Production holds full site-level P&amp;L and operational accountability, leading warehouse and planning functions while managing a 3PL partnership and a blended direct/agency workforce. The role balances rigorous day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic leadership, including potential site expansion.</p> <p>Your primary focus is to ensure the site runs efficiently, safely, and within budget while handling the complexities of a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for both daily performance (KPIs) and the long-term strategic development of the facility, including potential future expansions.</p> <h4>What you’ll do:</h4> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end site performance across warehouse and planning with full accountability for the 3PL relationship and agency workforce governance.</li> <li>Lead a culture of continuous improvement by driving measurable gains in cost efficiency, quality and safety in a high-growth, high-complexity environment.</li> <li>Lead and engage senior internal and external stakeholders whilst balancing competing priorities and driving outcomes through expertise, credibility and collaborative influence.</li> <li>Define and deliver multi-year operational strategy, including capacity planning and potential launch or expansion of the production site.</li> <li>Own site KPIs including efficiency, accuracy and cost metrics with full budget accountability across labor, equipment and Continuous Improvement programmes.</li> <li>Drive international alignment across sites, championing standardisation, best-practice sharing and operational consistency at scale.</li> <li>Build organisational capability through structured mentorship, succession planning and team development.</li> <li>Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure, including invoice authorisation, with rigorous attention to detail and strong numerical acuity</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring</h4> <ul> <li>8+ years leading operations or production at scale, ideally within FMCG.</li> <li>Proven track record delivering against KPIs and cost performance in high-pressure, high-velocity environments.</li> <li>Deep experience managing labour-intensive operations and complex agency workforce models.</li> <li>Strong command of health and safety coupled with compliance in a warehouse or production setting.</li> <li>Lean manufacturing expertise - Black Belt certification preferred.</li> <li>Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, interpret cost data and maintain rigorous oversight of site expenditure.
