processes.  Assists with equipment selection, design, planning and layout.  Design and implement process flows to accommodate new products.  Ensures production follows appropriate workflow and assembly methods.  Hires, schedules, and trains production staff.  Manages temporary labor agencies.  Ensures manufacturing performance and quality goals are met.  Administers and maintains policies to ensure physical safety of all property and assets owned by the organization.  May communicate with law enforcement on security matters.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   <ul> <li>Lead manufacturing process
