Production Manager - Dongguan

We’ve reached 1 in 7 millennials and are expanding our team in order to deliver the best-in-market engagement and products for our growing community.&nbsp;</li> <li>The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output &amp; efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives.</li> <li>Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency.</li> <li>Solve or report any practical and order problems in production.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary.</li> <li>Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching.</li> <li>As a first point of contact for logistics issue.</li> <li>As a contact point between HK logistics team and CN logistics service providers.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline.</li> <li>5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management.</li> <li>Team working.</li> <li>Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
