Production Manager m/f/d

 

 

• Ensure and promote compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.

 

• Contributing to the management and development of assigned resources, ensuring their motivation, empowerment and necessary levels of know-how.

 

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production activities and contributing to the definition of appropriate corrective actions based on company quality parameters and assigned objectives.

 

• Prepare the organisation of work, supervising and coordinating the work team.

 

• Co-operating with
  • Supply Chain and Planning Team for definition and monitoring of the production plan
  • Quality Team for the improvement of internal and external quality indicators, as well as for the implementation of projects
  • Sales, Purchasing and project teams to get to know and jointly define intervention strategies and ensure appropriate synergies for relevant and necessary activities.

 

• Propose improvement actions and related project in order to reduce waste, increase productivity and reduce costs, while complying with safety standards and production and quality requirements.

 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant in cooperation with the Technical Manager and his Team.

 

 

• Technical background;

 

• Previous experience of at least five years in the manufacturing sector in the management of complex production and organisational processes;

 

• Good in English language;

 

• Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as organisational skills and aptitude for problem solving.
