High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Operating and monitoring production machinery.
Basic manual dexterity and attention to detail

- Assemble automotive components based on work guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the production area.
- Monitor equipment for basic operational issues and report abnormalities.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
