The Production Planner is responsible for translating customer demand and forecast requirements into executable production plans that align with material availability and manufacturing capacity. This role focuses on mid- to long-term planning, capacity alignment, and cross-functional coordination to support efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery, leveraging ERP tools to drive data-based decisions.</p> <p data-start="839" data-end="962"><strong data-start="839" data-end="855">Please note:</strong><strong> This position requires 100% in-office presence at our Jacksonville offices and does not offer remote work.</strong></p> <p><span class="EOP SCXW47058664 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}"><strong><span class="EOP SCXW62698355 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{}">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p> <p>Production Planning &amp; Coordination</p> <ul> <li data-start="1038" data-end="1166">Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, forecast data, material readiness, and manufacturing capacity.</li> <li data-start="1168" data-end="1290">Review customer orders and demand signals to validate production requirements and alignment with established lead times.</li> <li data-start="1292" data-end="1435">Collaborate with Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams to ensure production plans are feasible and aligned with available resources.</li> <li data-start="1437" data-end="1552">Partner with stakeholders to support resolution of demand changes, material constraints, or capacity limitations.</li> <li data-start="1554" data-end="1679">Utilize ERP systems (INFOR preferred) to analyze demand, plan production requirements, and support manufacturing execution.</li> </ul> <p>Capacity &amp; Material Planning</p> <ul> <li data-start="1722" data-end="1847">Analyze labor, equipment, and material capacity to identify constraints and support informed production planning decisions.</li> <li data-start="1849" data-end="1960">Work closely with Supply Chain and Materials Planning to ensure material strategies support production plans.</li> <li data-start="1962" data-end="2086">Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to align demand, capacity, and material availability across departments.</li> <li data-start="2088" data-end="2156">Support long-range and medium-range capacity planning initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li data-start="2193" data-end="2312">Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.</li> <li data-start="2314" data-end="2440">Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban systems, visual management, and standardized planning processes.</li> <li data-start="2442" data-end="2537">Support continuous improvement of ERP planning tools, data accuracy, and reporting practices.</li> </ul> <p>Cross-Functional Communication</p> <ul> <li data-start="2582" data-end="2699">Act as a key planning liaison between production, materials, supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams.</li> <li data-start="2701" data-end="2817">Communicate potential capacity, material, or delivery risks to the Production Planning Manager in a timely manner.</li> <li data-start="2819" data-end="2935">Support cross-functional alignment when changes occur due to demand shifts, design updates, or supply disruptions.</li> <li data-start="2819" data-end="2935">The candidate will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization<span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:0,&quot;335559737&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:279}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li data-start="2976" data-end="3101">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).</li> <li data-start="3103" data-end="3213">3–7 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing planning within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li data-start="3215" data-end="3275">Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR preferred).</li> <li data-start="3277" data-end="3317">Strong Excel and data analysis skills.</li> <li data-start="3319" data-end="3415">Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and capacity planning concepts.</li> <li data-start="3417" data-end="3628">Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility;
