You will monitor work-in-progress (WIP) status, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time and yield, and generate critical production reports for management review. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining safety stock levels, managing RMA processes, and mitigating supply chain risks during sudden demand surges.</span><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <p>Mastermind and execute weekly/monthly production plans for wafer fabrication, bumping, probing, assembly, and testing based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.</p> <p>Monitor daily WIP status at foundries and OSAT partners to ensure production schedules align with original commits and proactively resolve manufacturing bottlenecks.</p> <p>Coordinate capacity allocation and conduct regular reviews with semiconductor vendors to secure necessary production slots, particularly during peak demand cycles.</p> <p>Maintain and optimize supply chain data within the ERP system (such as Tensoft or Dingxin Workflow ERP) to ensure data integrity and seamless workflow transitions.</p> <p>Build and maintain advanced Excel-based simulation tools, utilizing Power Query or Solver, to automate scheduling and evaluate "what-if" scenarios for capacity planning.</p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field is required; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>Industry experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry, specifically within an IC design house environment.</li> <li> <p>Technical experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience managing subcon logistics and capacity with major foundries and OSAT partners.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including hands-on experience with Power Query, complex dynamic formulas, or optimization tools (e.g., Solver).</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of semiconductor ERP systems and supply chain simulation concepts.</li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);"><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></span>Soft skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both local and international business contexts; strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex, multi-variable logistical problems independently.</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p>
