Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Section Head (Sterile) to lead and manage the sterile manufacturing operations within our production facility.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient production processes, compliance with cGMP standards, and the delivery of high-quality sterile pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.
- Manage and develop the sterile production team, ensuring proper training and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques within the sterile manufacturing area.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- (7-9) years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production.
- Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cGMP regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations.
- Excellent problem-solving,Fluency in English communication.
