Intern - Production & Service Excellence Analyst

As a Production & Service Excellence Analyst Intern, you will support global operations and supply chain teams in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You will contribute to the development of KPI dashboards, data analysis, and process documentation to support strategic initiatives across service and production operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business intelligence tools, supply chain systems, and cross-functional collaboration within a global manufacturing and IT environment.

What you will do

• Assist in developing and visualizing KPI dashboards using Power BI to support global service and production performance tracking

• Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data from multiple systems and data sources

• Evaluate and propose effective methods for structuring and managing data to improve reporting and operational insights

• Contribute to the creation of operational and technical documentation, including data acquisition and reporting processes

• Support ongoing operations and process improvement projects, gaining exposure to real-world business and supply chain challenges

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, IT teams, and external consultants.

What you bring

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

• Interest or exposure to data warehousing, data mining, or big data concepts

• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel cubes, or other BI/reporting tools

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and data connectors is an advantage

• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations with third-party applications or data sources

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a global, cross-functional environment.
