About the Position:

Rowe Casa is looking to add to our production team!  As a member of the production team, you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.  Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made.  This position is a full-time position.  Scheduled hours and days may vary depending on shift assigned.  Shifts may be any day Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm (x4 10-hour shifts will be available and assigned).  Some overtime (nights and weekends) may be required from time to time.  This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Follow product recipes and processes
• Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing process
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Qualifications:

• Understand measurements and recipes
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in natural and organic product industry
