- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex or systemic production engineering issues
- Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to lift overall performance and capability
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in production or manufacturing engineering within complex industrial environments
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, change management, and manufacturing risk
Desirable:
- Experience working across multi-site or international manufacturing operations
- Experience in transformer manufacturing or high-voltage equipment environments
- Exposure to Continuous Improvement or operational excellence frameworks
What sets you apart
- You set clear engineering standards and hold teams accountable to them
- You value consistency, discipline, and strong governance
- You apply sound judgement — knowing when to guide, challenge, or step in
- You develop people and build capability across teams
- You think holistically across design, production, testing, and quality to drive better outcomes
