About the role
Position Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the production floor though supervision, development and training of the production team which includes approximately 20-30 associates. In addition, it is responsible for the efficient movement of product through the plant with a focus on quality and timeliness. Reports to the Plant Manager. Pay Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually- Plus Quarterly Bonus Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4‑Day Work Week Hours: 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
