<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>The Semiconductor FAB Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a semiconductor fabrication (FAB) facility. This includes managing production teams, ensuring adherence to cleanroom protocols, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.</p>

<p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Production Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet yield, output, and cycle time targets.</li>
<li>Optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of wafers/products.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, throughput, and defect rates.</li>
</ul>
<p>Team Leadership</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and lead a team of FAB operators and technicians, providing coaching and performance feedback.</li>
<li>Conduct shift meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and updates.</li>
<li>Ensure proper training and skill development of team members.</li>
</ul>
<p>Process & Equipment Oversight</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and maintain the stability of FAB processes, escalating issues when needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment downtime and resolve process deviations.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p>Quality Assurance</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure products meet stringent quality standards through robust process control.</li>
<li>Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and quality issues.</li>
</ul>
<p>Safety & Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>Enforce cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with ISO standards, industry guidelines, and company policies.</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting & Documentation</p>
<ul>
<li>Generate production reports, including metrics on yield, cycle time, and scrap rates.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed logs for audits and performance reviews.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>QUALITIFICATION</strong><strong>S</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<p>Education & Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma Required</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, materials science, or a related field (preferred).</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills & Knowledge</p>
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of FAB operations, semiconductor processes, and equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and process optimization.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and statistical process control (SPC) tools.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with automation tools and advanced manufacturing technologies.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of industry company best practices for the warehouse</li>
<li>Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics</li>
<li>Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications</li>
<li>Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by FAB operations.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Salary:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$80,000 - $100,000</li>
</ul>
