Production Supervisor Electrical - Maritime

What will you be doing?

You’re the go-to person on board, managing a team of lead electricians, electricians, and subcontractors. You create structure and a safe working environment, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to plan and within the set budget.

Your responsibilities include:

• Determining the scope of work from drawings and planning, and coordinating execution with your team

• Monitoring progress, safety, quality, and priorities on site

• Holding regular consultations with colleagues, engineers, commissioning engineers, clients and suppliers

• Fostering not just performance but team spirit – you motivate, guide, and create a positive work atmosphere

• Keeping oversight of personnel matters such as scheduling, supervision, and team development

Who are you?

You have solid experience in the maritime sector and know how to keep a team on course. You’re self-reliant but also a real team player. You know how to motivate people and help them grow.

You bring:

• A completed MBO level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering

• Experience as a senior or chief electrician in a maritime setting

• An independent work attitude and strong organisational skills

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

• A client-focused approach and keen eye for quality

As a Production Supervisor, you lead a team of electricians and commissioning engineers on large-scale maritime projects. You ensure structure, safety and quality on board, and play a key role in achieving our project goals. And you don't do it alone: together with the Project Manager and Technical Project Manager, you form a close-knit trio within the organisation.
