The role involves proactive collaboration with trading desks, compliance, and IT to pre-empt intraday issues and maintain market-making programs.</span></p> <div> <p><strong>Your future role within QRT includes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Your core objective is to deliver high quality, reactive production trading services.</li> <li>Build relationships and coordinate between various stakeholders across the business.</li> <li>Liaise effectively with internal teams to address and resolve trading-related issues.</li> <li>Proactively monitor trade flows and trading limit utilisation.</li> <li>Manage trading session access and ensure limit compliance</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the trading platform.</li> <li>Identify and drive improvements across trading processes, particularly in equities and futures.</li> <li>Contribute to operational resilience and scalability initiatives.</li> </ul> &nbsp;<br><strong>Your present skillset:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Approximately 5 years of experience supporting or working within a live trading environment.</li> <li>Strong Problem Solving and confident communicator.</li> <li>Degree preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science).</li> <li>Exposure to electronic trading protocols (e.g., FIX) and low-latency environments.</li> <li>Scripting and automation skills preferred</li> <li>Prior exposure to equities and futures is ideal; multi-asset experience is a plus.</li> <li>Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Coding skills are desirable in a leading programming language such as Python.</li> <li>Experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames is also a plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
