font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage a variety of land surveying projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, final parcel maps, subdivision maps, legal descriptions, and construction staking surveys.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Washington or ability to transfer/obtain a Washington license within an acceptable timeframe.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Up to 5 years of experience managing survey projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and equipment (including GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors).</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey software (such as Trimble Business Center or similar).</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
