This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to mentor teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Project Leadership:</strong> Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery</li> <li><strong>Technical Oversight:</strong> Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations</li> <li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback</li> <li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives</li> <li><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance:</strong> Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations</li> <li><strong>Financial Accountability:</strong> Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance</li> </ul> <p>This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.</p> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Licensed Land Surveyor (required)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why This Role</strong></h3> <p>This is an opportunity to step into a <strong>high-impact position</strong> where your expertise is valued, your leadership makes a difference, and your work directly contributes to successful project outcomes.
