Senior Professional (f/m/d) Reporting Services (part-/full-time)

Your tasks:
As a Senior Reporting Services Analyst (f/m/d), you ensure the smooth and compliant operation of our regulatory reporting services. You oversee daily operational checks and monitor key processes such as REMIT and MiFID/MiFIR. You secure timely, high‑quality data submissions and coordinate report setup, delivery, and invoicing. You analyse reporting errors, initiate corrective actions, and collaborate closely with IT and other internal stakeholders. You assess regulatory changes, evaluate their impact on our reporting applications, and trigger required system adjustments. Writing clear business requirements for IT development is part of your work. You validate new functionalities through structured testing during releases and hotfixes. You also support ongoing projects and release activities. You respond to customer and stakeholder requests and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Through your work, you help maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and strengthen a stable and trusted reporting environment within the EEX Group.

Your skills:

• Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn and dive into new topics
• A completed university degree (University, University of Applied Sciences, Cooperative Education) or a completed apprenticeship in the banking or insurance sector
• Experience in regulatory reporting
• A structured, precise, and collaborative way of working
• You enjoy direct interaction with clients
• You are comfortable working with large data sets
• You speak German and English fluently
