If you like to build processes and structure to scale the company to new heights, this is for you.&nbsp; You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineers, clarifying boundaries and delivering high-impact, billable work that drives adoption and outcomes.&nbsp; You will also design the Professional Services offering, process and possible future team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Technical Implementations </strong>Own post-sale onboarding with a focus on LMS, HRIS, CRM, Convo Intelligence, SSO, and web embed integrations</li> <li>Configure complex workflows and reporting solutions</li> <li>Serve as the technical lead in customer rollout projects</li> <li><strong>Customize and Build Content </strong>Create tailored roleplays, personas, and scorecards aligned with customer workflows</li> <li>Ensure training and content are embedded and role-relevant for end users</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Across Teams </strong>Work with CSMs (adoption and training), Support (technical troubleshooting), and Sales Engineers (pre-sales and scoping) to create a seamless customer experience</li> <li>Clearly delineate responsibilities with other teams to reduce overlap and ensure efficiency</li> <li>Define standard operating procedures</li> <li>Collaborate on better professional services pricing and packages</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You’re a Fit If You…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have 7+ years of experience in <strong>professional services, implementation consulting, or sales engineering</strong> in SaaS</li> <li>Are comfortable with both <strong>technical configuration</strong> (integrations, reporting workflows, system setup)</li> <li>Thrive in cross-functional environments, balancing Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering touchpoints</li> <li>Are eager and hungry to learn and teach—excited to share your expertise as a technical advisor while delivering immediate impact</li> <li>Enjoy translating customer needs into scalable, high-quality solutions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <p>Prior experience with <strong>LMS, CRM, or SSO integrations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in <strong>sales engineering</strong> or technical consulting</li> <li>Exposure to customer-facing training or content customization work</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Yoodli</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation ($160,000 - $185,000) + meaningful equity</li> <li>Full benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, flexible PTO</li> <li>High-impact, mission-driven work with direct customer feedback loops</li> <li>Work with a humble, driven, deeply collaborative team</li> <li>A product you’ll use and believe in – every single week</li> </ul>
