<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Engage with customers to develop an understanding of their data and information management environment from a fresh, pragmatic perspective.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Use validated consultative methods to craft, implement and/or remediate solutions relating to Modern Data Protection, Multi-Cloud capability, Archive & Compliance, Ransomware/Disaster Recovery, and Operational Improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Install and configure Commvault hardware and software following the design specifications provided to meet the customer’s technical and business requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assess customer readiness to determine if all the technical pre-requisites have been met to proceed with the next steps in a project. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform data migration tasks to transition the customer from the previous backup infrastructure to the new infrastructure.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Install and configure backup agents to protect the customers applications, databases, and hypervisors.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with the customer and Commvault technical support and/or development to solve any technical issues blocking progress.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide daily updates on the progress and obstacles to the Project Manager for the deployment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Complete required documentation associated with client projects in a timely fashion, including User Acceptance Test Plans and As-Built Documentation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Stay up to date on the latest methodologies to ensure the smoothest possible project delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist / Work in collaboration with Technical Architect from regional theatres for our global customers</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication etiquette, including strong verbal, written communication and listening skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in Technical Support / Professional Services / Managed Services / Administration of enterprise backup and recovery software, hands-on Commvault experience </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ideally with Advanced Commvault Certification (Solutions Architect, Engineer, Master)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge & experience of Networking, Storage & Linux Operating System</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with TCP/IP networking, SCSI, iSCSI or Fibre Channel</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Commvault implementation & troubleshooting experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with backup and recovery of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with backup and recovery of databases (Oracle, SAP/Oracle, SAP HANA)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with object storage (AWS S3, NetApp StorageGRID), data archive and search, private cloud (VMware, Hyper-V) and public cloud (AWS, Azure)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></li>
