<li>Connecting with customers to understand their needs and challenges as they prepare for upcoming tech interviews.</li>
<li>Providing guidance and support to candidates on course selection and prerequisites.</li>
<li>Effectively communicating product offerings and how they align with candidate goals.</li>
<li>Offering personalized strategies and resources to help candidates succeed.</li>
<li>Maintaining relationships with candidates throughout their preparation journey.</li>
<li>Tracking candidate progress and providing feedback for improvement.</li>
<li>Staying abreast of industry trends and interview processes to provide the most relevant advice.</li>
<li>Contributing to developing training materials and resources for candidates.</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<ul>
<li>BE (Preferably Computer science), MCA preferred.</li>
<li>1 - 5 Years of experience in a customer-facing or advisor role, preferably in education or career services.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technical interview processes and preparation strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers and provide tailored support.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM software and managing candidate databases.</li>
</ul>
