Tasks
- Own an integrated delivery plan to achieve compliance-driven initiatives across multiple workstreams (policy review and adoption, identity & access management, observability, disaster recovery, release deployment, control design and execution)
- Ensure consistent and timely reporting to stakeholders and information exchange across the topic leads
- Identify, track and mitigate issues that endanger scope or timeline
- Drive closing activities: formal documentation that will need to pass quality gates and meet acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Strong project management skills including a track record to proof it
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment of at least 3 years
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Good understanding of IT technical landscapes and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle and overcome difficult and tense situations
- Fluent and professional communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
