Overview
The Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Program Associate supports the daily operations of the VRS Program by reviewing billing submissions for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and performing precise data entry within the Vendor Management System (VMS). This role serves as the main point of contact for Community Rehabilitation Partners (CRPs), ensuring invoices, corrections, and follow-up items are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The VRS Program Associate works closely with the Program team, maintains strong communication with internal and external partners, and helps keep program tasks on track through consistent organization, attention to detail, and reliable customer service.
Responsibilities
- Reviews billing information, ensures accuracy, and clarifies discrepancies.
- Enters and reviews data to ensure accuracy within Knowledge Services’ system.
- Works with CRP’s to submit invoices or corrections in a timely manner
- Provide regular follow-up’s to CRP’s on open action items
- Analyzes business information and data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactively communicates via phone and email with internal and external customers.
- Implements organizational methods and procedures to proactively manage workload.
- Collaborates with Program team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
Qualifications
High school diploma (or G.E.D.) required
· 1+ years of administrative, billing, data entry, and customer service support experience required
- No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
