Program Coordinator

<p></p> <h3 data-section-id="189ilcj" data-start="192" data-end="214">Position Summary</h3> <p data-start="215" data-end="565">ConexSmart, a Trexon company, is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support aerospace and defense cable and harness programs. This role supports the successful execution of customer-driven projects through coordination of schedules, documentation, communication, and cross-functional activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.</p> <p data-start="567" data-end="734">The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting where quality, traceability, and on-time delivery are critical.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1xmbd3v" data-start="736" data-end="762">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="763" data-end="1626"> <li data-section-id="1as5ovl" data-start="763" data-end="881">Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams</li> <li data-section-id="3kboxl" data-start="882" data-end="968">Track timelines, deliverables, and project activities to support on-time execution</li> <li data-section-id="16y6mr0" data-start="969" data-end="1101">Maintain project and production documentation, including drawings, change notices, compliance records, and quality documentation</li> <li data-section-id="1aukgf7" data-start="1102" data-end="1178">Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities</li> <li data-section-id="iumtc2" data-start="1179" data-end="1283">Coordinate materials, suppliers, and internal resources to meet customer and production requirements</li> <li data-section-id="93wj12" data-start="1284" data-end="1380">Communicate project status, updates, and changes with internal teams and customers as needed</li> <li data-section-id="1bvt3hi" data-start="1381" data-end="1457">Assist with issue tracking, corrective actions, and resolution follow-up</li> <li data-section-id="19f3c10" data-start="1458" data-end="1562">Support adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and regulated industry requirements</li> <li data-section-id="hxhx3x" data-start="1563" data-end="1626">Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates as needed</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1qhx44" data-start="1628" data-end="1648">Qualifications</h3> <h4 data-start="1650" data-end="1664">Required:</h4> <ul data-start="1665" data-end="2063"> <li data-section-id="tfo20q" data-start="1665" data-end="1817">2+ years of coordination, administrative, production support, customer service, or operations experience in a manufacturing or technical environment</li> <li data-section-id="g5sttw" data-start="1818" data-end="1868">Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li data-section-id="23ghgl" data-start="1869" data-end="1923">Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel</li> <li data-section-id="7f6az" data-start="1924" data-end="2007">Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li data-section-id="1cv440u" data-start="2008" data-end="2063">High attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2065" data-end="2080">Preferred:</h4> <ul data-start="2081" data-end="2444"> <li data-section-id="15vaeb4" data-start="2081" data-end="2158">Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments</li> <li data-section-id="cs7rgt" data-start="2159" data-end="2243">Familiarity with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electromechanical products</li> <li data-section-id="1qaqzqd" data-start="2244" data-end="2302">Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle</li> <li data-section-id="11mb9p2" data-start="2303" data-end="2371">Familiarity with quality standards or document control processes</li> <li data-section-id="g6acq" data-start="2372" data-end="2444">Experience supporting engineering or production change documentation</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1d2n2xe" data-start="2446" data-end="2464">Compensation</h3> <p data-start="2465" data-end="2510">Colorado Pay Range: $23.00 – $32.00 per hour.</p> <p data-start="2512" data-end="2589">Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.</p> <p></p>
