It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.</p></div><p><strong>Job Title: Program Director</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding cities (Pasadena, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, and Commerce)</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$94,264.40 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic <strong>Program Director</strong> to lead the Critical Intervention Team in East Los Angeles, CA and surrounding cities, Pasadena, Monterey Park , Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, Commerce. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of specialists, and act as the primary liaison with the Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and supervisory skills will be key in maintaining the quality of services while ensuring alignment with CBEM's mission and values.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.</li> <li>Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.</li> <li>Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.</li> <li>Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.</li> <li>Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in team management.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.</li> <li>Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.</li> <li>Given the requirements of the crisis response time, applicants must live in close proximity to or in the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center service area (locations include but not limited to, Pasadena, Monterey Park , Alhambra, Montebello, Whittier, Highland Park, Commerce, etc.).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team where you can make a lasting impact on individuals with developmental disabilities.
