By joining JRC, you’ll be part of a team that supports strategic deterrence and defense missions, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the United States and its allies. </div><div>🚀Join JRC's Missiles & Space Team!</div> <div>We are searching for an experienced Program Integration Liaison to serve as the central integrator between NUWC Code 25, PMS 425, and the SLCM‑N program offices—driving alignment across requirements, schedules, risks, and technical activities. This role will ensure secure, accurate, and timely information flow across organizations; synchronizes engineering and programmatic priorities; and accelerates issue resolution to support system development, testing, delivery, and fleet readiness. The Program Integration Liaison will play a mission-critical role in enabling coordinated execution across the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) enterprise and the SLCM‑N program. </div> 💼What You'll Do Stakeholder Integration & Communication  <ul> <li>Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact between NUWC Code 25, PMS 425, and SLCM‑N program offices. </li> <li>Facilitate meetings, briefs, technical exchanges, and decision forums across government and industry partners. </li> <li>Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable program communications for leadership and IPTs. </li> <li>Maintain synchronized communication rhythms, including battle rhythm events, action trackers, and RAIL/RIDL management. </li> </ul> Requirements & Configuration Alignment  <ul> <li>Coordinate requirements development, clarification, and change requests across NUWC engineering teams and program offices. </li> <li>Track and deconflict configuration baselines, ICDs, specifications, test plans, and verification artifacts. </li> <li>Ensure alignment between evolving system requirements and integration pathways across SWFTS and SLCM‑N. </li> </ul> Schedule, Risk, & Dependency Management  <ul> <li>Maintain integrated schedules and identify critical path dependencies between PMS 425 and SLCM‑N efforts. </li> <li>Manage a joint risk/issue/opportunity register and drive mitigation strategies to closure. </li> <li>Monitor cross‑program dependencies and elevate risks requiring leadership attention. </li> </ul> Technical Coordination & Readiness  <ul> <li>Coordinate system engineering reviews (SE reviews, TRRs, DRs, FRRs) and test events across NUWC facilities, including lab, land‑based, and at‑sea trials. </li> <li>Ensure test data, findings, and corrective actions are captured, shared, and dispositioned across stakeholders. </li> <li>Support alignment of funding profiles, spend plans, and EVM reporting with integrated schedules. </li> <li>Manage task planning and budget execution for PMS 425 SLCM‑N efforts. </li> </ul> 🧠What You Bring to the Table <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical management, or related field. </li> <li>8+ years of experience supporting weapons system integration across NUWC, NAVSEA, SSP, or other DoD agencies. </li> <li>An active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level or above or have held an active clearance in the past 2 years</li> <li>Demonstrated experience coordinating technical, programmatic, or test activities across multi‑organization Navy programs. </li> <li>Strong communication, coordination, and technical writing skills. </li> </ul> ⭐Bonus Points <ul> <li>A master’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, program management, or related discipline. </li> <li>Experience supporting Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) development, integration, or sustainment. </li> <li>Familiarity with submarine combat systems, strike systems, or nuclear‑capable weapon system programs. </li> <li>Experience with configuration management, ICD development, or verification/validation processes. </li> <li>TS/SCI clearance or eligibility. </li> <li>Prior experience supporting PMS 425, NUWC Code 25, or strategic weapons programs. </li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion"> At JRC we offer... <ul> <li>A competitive compensation package</li> <li>An exceptional employee benefits program, providing support for our team members' well-being and success</li> <li>The chance to contribute to a high-profile Department of Defense programs and make a positive impact</li> <li>A collaborative work environment where teamwork, creativity, and innovation thrive</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development, helping you advance your career</li> </ul> </div>
