The Program Manager reviews technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers. The Program Manager keeps both customer and contractor management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments. This role gathers customer requirements, holds technical exchange meetings, and provides status reporting on all activities while conducting stakeholder briefings. The contractor shall perform tasks such as:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Ensures seamless integration across all functions of Task Order.</li> <li>Acts as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and consult with them to negotiate adjustments to plans, costs, or schedules.</li> <li>Compiles, reviews, and presents&nbsp;the monthly&nbsp;status&nbsp;report to&nbsp;customer leadership.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyzes&nbsp;cost, schedule, and performance data from technical reports to identify variances and develop formal corrective action plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensures&nbsp;all activities and deliverables align with JTF-SREC priorities and national-level objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides financial and budget execution updates to SREC leadership.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides&nbsp;administrative&nbsp;oversight to&nbsp;all personnel on this Task Order.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensures contractor travel requests are adequately processed and funded.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI (Willing to submit for CI Poly)&nbsp;</li> <li>Master’s degree&nbsp;in Business Management or&nbsp;closely related discipline&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of&nbsp;20 Years of experience&nbsp;in discipline&nbsp;with at least&nbsp;12 years supporting&nbsp;SOF or Interagency&nbsp;units:&nbsp;</li> <li>Providing leadership or management services&nbsp;within USSOCOM enterprise&nbsp;</li> <li>Supervising and training subordinates&nbsp;</li> <li>Executing projects on schedule and within budget&nbsp;</li> <li>Addressing emerging project requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Exhibiting workforce recruitment, hiring, and retention&nbsp;</li> <li>Active PMP&nbsp;(Project Management Professional&nbsp;certification) or equivalent&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher). &nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Security Clearance:</u>&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>TS/SCI (Ability to obtain CI Poly)&nbsp;</strong></span></span></h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
