You'll own strategic programs end-to-end across teams such as product, customer success, growth, and many more. You'll set the plan, drive the cadence, surface risk early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction. You'll sit close to both the product and the user, and you'll be the person teams trust to make complex, multi-team work actually land.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words reliability and quality to improve agent reliability, app stability, and support quality (fewer production incidents, higher CSAT, faster resolution), and lead retrospectives that fix recurring
