The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is highly organized, solutions-focused, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to build a positive and accountable team culture. The Program Manager will play a key role in shaping the success, reputation, and growth of the Brooklyn program from the ground up.
