About the role
The Program Manager will oversee the full performance and day-to-day operations of the New City program, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong staff accountability. This role is responsible for managing team performance, supporting staff development, monitoring client and family satisfaction, and ensuring services are delivered in a timely, organized, and professional manner. The Program Manager will work closely with leadership to strengthen workflows, resolve operational challenges, maintain documentation standards, and ensure program goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing leadership, communication, and operational oversight in a fast-paced environment. Strong family communication is essential, including responsiveness, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with caregivers and referral sources. The Program Manager will also play a key role in maintaining a positive team culture, improving systems, and driving overall program growth and stability.
