This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.</p> <p class="" data-start="603" data-end="807">The ideal candidate will have an execution-first attitude, strong planning and organizing skills, excellent communication ability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.</p> <h3 class="" data-start="814" data-end="845"><strong data-start="818" data-end="843">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <h4 class="" data-start="847" data-end="896"><strong data-start="852" data-end="896">Program Management &amp; Strategic Execution</strong></h4> <ul data-start="897" data-end="1440"> <li class="" data-start="897" data-end="1023"> <p class="" data-start="899" data-end="1023">Formulate, own, and drive strategic projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution aligned with business objectives.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1024" data-end="1136"> <p class="" data-start="1026" data-end="1136">Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to track, manage, and report project progress.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1137" data-end="1224"> <p class="" data-start="1139" data-end="1224">Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1225" data-end="1322"> <p class="" data-start="1227" data-end="1322">Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies;
