We don’t do cookie-cutter marketing. We are looking for a brilliant, agile, and fiercely execution-oriented GTM Strategist to take these products from concept to market dominance.
The Core Mission
You won't just be executing a playbook; you will be writing it. In this role, you will own the end-to-end GTM strategy for multiple stealth products, translating raw technology into compelling, high-growth consumer and creator brands.
You must be able to pivot seamlessly between B2B2C creator economics (Product-Led Growth, community building) and high-retention consumer psychology (habit-formation loops, subscription models).
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging: Define the value proposition, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and core messaging frameworks for highly distinct target audiences across different verticals.
Launch Strategy & Execution: Design and execute multi-channel launch playbooks tailored to international creator markets and consumer wellness spaces.
Growth Experimentation: Build rapid experimentation frameworks (landing page MVPs, smoke tests, beta-testing communities) to validate features and positioning before full public launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to align product roadmaps with real-time market feedback and user acquisition loops.
Distribution Strategy: Identify and exploit unconventional growth channels, content loops, strategic partnerships, and community-led growth tactics.
What We’re Looking For
0-to-1 Mastery: 8+ years of experience launching entirely new products or business units within fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environments. You thrive in ambiguity.
Dual-Engine Growth Experience: Deep understanding of AI/Creator tool ecosystems (PLG, international localization) OR Consumer Subscription/Wellness apps (retention loops, organic branding). Experience in both is a massive bonus.
Data-Driven Intuition: Ability to make sharp, strategic decisions with minimal historical data by running low-cost validation tests.
Full-Stack Execution: You are a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and build the landing pages, write the copy, or set up the tracking links yourself.
Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a proven portfolio of turning ambiguous technical concepts into clear, narrative-driven launch strategies.
