Senior Program Manager – NPI

<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives supporting AI infrastructure deployment programs. This role drives cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, networking, and deployment teams to ensure successful rollout of AI infrastructure platforms on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality standards.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and experienced managing complex technical programs in fast-paced infrastructure or technology environments.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead NPI programs from planning through deployment readiness and operational handoff.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, deployment, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.</li> <li>Build and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.</li> <li>Coordinate infrastructure deployment readiness including hardware qualification, supplier readiness, networking, power, cooling, and operational support.</li> <li>Track critical issues, drive mitigation plans, and escalate blockers appropriately.</li> <li>Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communication, and launch readiness activities.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement of NPI and deployment execution processes.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.</li> <li>5+ years of program management or NPI experience in infrastructure, hardware, cloud, or technology environments.</li> <li>Experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs.</li> <li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, operational scaling, and deployment execution.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, cloud infrastructure, or data center deployments.</li> <li>Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, and infrastructure operations.</li> <li>PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></h2> <ul> <li>On-time execution of NPI and AI infrastructure deployment programs.</li> <li>Operational readiness and deployment stability at launch.</li> <li>Effective cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment.</li> <li>Reduction of deployment risks, delays, and operational issues</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
