This senior individual&nbsp;contributor role&nbsp;is responsible for </span><span lang="EN-US">planning, coordinating, and executing</span><span lang="EN-US"> complex HRIS projects end-to-end, overseeing project governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and driving change management and adoption for new system rollouts and enhancements.</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">You will partner with People Team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, deeply understand their domains, and think in the customers’ shoes to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;technical solutions initiatives.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Oversee largescale&nbsp;HRIS transformations, including restructurings, overtime/position management changes, and deployment of new capabilities.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Lead project discovery and planning workshops with HR and business stakeholders to define&nbsp;objectives, requirements, and project plans for target&nbsp;state processes and technology.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">Drive Design, Governance &amp; Implementation Execution</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Lead the </span><span lang="EN-US">design and governance framework</span><span lang="EN-US"> on HRIS transformation projects, ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and alignment with business strategy.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Translate business requirements into clear, scalable </span><span lang="EN-US">product requirements and technical specifications</span><span lang="EN-US"> for implementation teams.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Act as </span><span lang="EN-US">implementation&nbsp;lead</span><span lang="EN-US"> for HRIS / people&nbsp;technology initiatives, including requirements gathering,&nbsp;fit gap&nbsp;analysis, configuration/testing coordination (SIT/UAT), cutover, and&nbsp;hyper care.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Evaluate new project requirements and effort estimates, defining </span><span lang="EN-US">MVP, Phase 2 and beyond</span><span lang="EN-US"> using&nbsp;data driven&nbsp;prioritization frameworks.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">Partner with Stakeholders &amp; Execute Strategy</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Partner closely with People Team leaders and other business stakeholders to validate&nbsp;needs, align expectations, and prioritize projects within the overall HRIS program.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Execute agreed plans by defining and tracking milestones, managing issues and risks, and coordinating testing and deployment activities.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Influence and, where&nbsp;appropriate, challenge requirements or scope to ensure projects&nbsp;remain&nbsp;deliverable, technically&nbsp;feasible, and sustainable over time.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">Lead Change, Adoption &amp; Continuous Improvement</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Plan and manage change management activities for new HRIS rollouts (new modules, features, or tools), ensuring stakeholders are prepared and supported.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Coordinate communication and training efforts; oversee the creation of user guides, quick references, and the delivery of demos, training sessions, and Q&amp;As.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Run retrospectives/postmortems with stakeholders and project teams to capture lessons learned and improve future project execution and processes.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Use project and&nbsp;adoption&nbsp;metrics (e.g., timelines, defects, usage, satisfaction) to evaluate outcomes and recommend adjustments or&nbsp;followup&nbsp;improvements.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US">Shape Ways of Working &amp; Coach Others</span>&nbsp;</p> </div> <ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Promote and model </span><span lang="EN-US">agile ways of working</span><span lang="EN-US">, including backlog management, prioritization, and iterative delivery.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Skill up and coach the </span><span lang="EN-US">BA / Partnerships team</span><span lang="EN-US"> on Product Owner best practices (requirements definition, prioritization, stakeholder lang="EN-US">5+ years of experience in program / project management roles within IT, HRIS, or People Technology environments.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Proven&nbsp;track record managing largescale HRIS or people&nbsp;technology projects/programs&nbsp;end-to-end (from discovery and planning&nbsp;through&nbsp;go&nbsp;live&nbsp;and&nbsp;hyper care).</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Strong project delivery skills:</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Building and managing detailed project plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues)</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Coordinating&nbsp;cross functional&nbsp;teams (HR, IT, vendors, finance, etc.)</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Keeping stakeholders aligned and projects on schedule</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Demonstrated ability to influence and manage difficult stakeholders, set training, stakeholder readiness, adoption tracking).</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies and how to apply them pragmatically in a corporate/HRIS context.</span>&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p><span lang="EN-US">A strong execution and delivery mindset:&nbsp;hands-on, organized,&nbsp;detail oriented, and comfortable managing
