We operate at the intersection of networking, compute, and distributed systems—delivering reliable, high-throughput platforms for the most demanding applications.<br><br>The Role<br>We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager (WAN) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of our wide-area networking initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring Nscale’s backbone, interconnects, and regional expansions are delivered on time, at scale, and with high reliability.<br>You will drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning network engineering, data center operations, vendors, and commercial teams.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br>• Drive end-to-end WAN program delivery<br>Lead large-scale initiatives such as backbone expansion, new region bring-up, capacity upgrades, and network optimization.<br>• Coordinate cross-functional execution<br>Align network engineering, infrastructure, SRE, procurement, and external vendors to deliver against timelines and milestones.<br>• Build and manage program plans<br>Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery.<br>• Manage vendors and partners<br>Coordinate with carriers, IXPs, and hardware providers to ensure timely provisioning and issue resolution.<br>• Track performance and readiness<br>Ensure WAN deployments meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements before production rollout.<br>• Drive operational excellence<br>Implement processes, tools, and reporting to improve execution, visibility, and predictability.<br>• Communicate with stakeholders<br>Provide clear, regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.<br><br>What We’re Looking For</div> <ul> <li>Experience5–10+ years in program or project management, ideally in networking or infrastructure</li> <li>Experience delivering large-scale WAN, telecom, or data center programs</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Background working with cross-functional technical teams</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Networking familiaritySolid understanding of WAN concepts (e.g., BGP, routing, capacity planning, fiber, peering)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work effectively with network engineers and vendors</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Execution excellenceProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong planning, risk management, and dependency tracking skills</li> <li>Vendor managementExperience working with carriers, ISPs, or infrastructure vendors</li> <li>CommunicationStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li> </ul> <div><br><br>Nice to Have</div> <ul> <li>Experience with hyperscale or cloud infrastructure environments</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML or HPC infrastructure requirements</li> <li>Experience with network deployment at global scale</li> <li>PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications</li> </ul> <div><br><br>Why Join Nscale</div> <ul> <li>Work on critical infrastructure powering AI and high-performance workloads</li> <li>High-impact role with visibility across the organization</li> <li>Opportunity to shape how large-scale network programs are executed</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
