In early 2022, we opened the first ever Global Headquarters for Women's Leadership, a 30,000+ sq. ft. historic building just blocks from the White House on 16th Street. It is a hub of activity, events, and collaborations - bringing together women leaders and their allies to tackle the world's greatest challenges.  Summary  The Program Manager will report to the Director, Leadership & Social Impact and will play a key role in supporting strategic execution and management of the WomenLeaders India Fellowship, ensuring the program is delivered with excellence, on time, within budget, and aligned with department and organizational impact goals. The Program Manager bridges high-level planning with on-the-ground operations, managing the program lifecycle from design through delivery, evaluation, and reporting. This role combines strategic thinking, financial management, relationship-building, curriculum and facilitation expertise, and team coordination to ensure the Fellowship's integrity, visibility, and long-term sustainability. The Program Manager will work closely with the WomenLeaders India Fellowship teams in the United States, the program partner team in India, cross-functional Vital Voices teams, trainers, and participants to effectively serve women leaders in India and across the Vital Voices network.
