You are comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment and are not afraid to challenge the status quo when needed. </strong><strong>You have the ability to inspire both clients and colleagues with your strategic thinking and innovative ideas, and you bring a proactive, hands-on “can-do” mentality to everything you do. In addition, you are someone who:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Client Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary programmatic contact for senior clients and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Translate client business objectives into clear, effective programmatic strategies</li> <li>Drive long-term partnerships through proactive advice and performance ownership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Programmatic Strategy &amp; Activation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and oversee end-to-end programmatic media strategies across channels</li> <li>Ensure best-in-class campaign setup, activation, optimization and delivery</li> <li>Lead planning across formats, platforms and markets with a performance mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach and develop (Senior) programmatic specialists</li> <li>Set clear objectives, monitor performance and support professional growth</li> <li>Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and high delivery standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and budget</li> <li>Optimize workflows, processes and ways of working to increase efficiency</li> <li>Maintain quality control and compliance across all programmatic activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data, Insights &amp; Performance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee campaign measurement, reporting and performance analysis</li> <li>Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations</li> <li>Drive continuous optimization based on results, learnings and benchmarks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Team Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with strategy, analytics, technology and client teams</li> <li>Align programmatic execution with broader media and business objectives</li> <li>Support senior leadership with insights, presentations and recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Innovation &amp; Market Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay ahead of industry developments, platforms and technologies</li> <li>Identify opportunities for innovation, testing and product development</li> <li>Act as a subject-matter expert within programmatic and digital media</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong><u>Extensive experience&nbsp;</u>in programmatic advertising with a&nbsp;<u>proven track record&nbsp;</u>of leading successful campaigns and driving client satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>Strategic Vision</strong>: Exceptional ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for programmatic strategies, combined with strong operational skills.</p> <p><strong>Analytical Expertise</strong>: Deep knowledge of analytics, metrics, and tools that inform data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.</p> <p><strong>Communication Skills</strong>: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.</p> <p><strong>Language</strong>: Dutch and/or English fluently both verbally and written any other languages are a pre.</p> <p><strong>Leadership Skills</strong>: Experience in leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Our offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A competitive salary based on a 37.5-hour workweek, excluding 8% holiday allowance</li> <li>29 days of paid leave per year (27 vacation days + 2 flexible Diversity Days)</li> <li>Travel allowance and work-from-home allowance</li> <li>A laptop and phone allowance</li> <li>Car allowance</li> <li>The opportunity to work from abroad for up to 6 weeks per year</li> <li>We support an ergonomic home office setup, including a second monitor</li> <li>A hybrid working model (60% office / 40% home)</li> <li>The opportunity to obtain certifications and access to courses via the Udemy platform</li> <li>The opportunity to contribute to OMD initiatives around culture, diversity or sustainability during working hours</li> <li>Regular informal social events and team activities, including the Quarterly XXL Drinks and, of course, the legendary Christmas party</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Let’s go!</strong></p> <p>Sounds interesting?
