Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules and plans 
•  Tracking project progress and performance against key milestones 
•  Producing project reports, dashboards, and management information 
•  Supporting risk, issue, and change management activities 
•  Analysing project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 
•  Facilitating project governance and stakeholder reporting 
•  Collaborating with project managers and client teams to drive successful outcomes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in project planning, project controls, PMO, scheduling, or project coordination 
•  Exposure to project lifecycle management and delivery environments 
•  Strong analytical and organisational skills 
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
•  Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar (desirable) 
•  A proactive mindset with a passion for project delivery and continuous improvement
