Who
We’re looking for a client engagement coordinator to help us keep our clients happy. You’ll need to bring passion, enthusiasm and great thinking to drive not normal results. You’ll be able to create fun, laugh and help set everyone up for success. You will have:
· 1 to 3 years of experience in agency support, sales, and/or marketing, preferably in healthcare, ideally in animal health
· solid understanding of the marketing communications mix in print, social and digital
· fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· clear and confident oral and written presentation skills delivered in person and online
What
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the client engagement team that creates value for the client and benefit for the agency by:
· becoming an internal expert for all assigned clients and products
· helping to build strong, lasting client/agency relationships, which achieve clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency, and results in agency profits
- fielding client comments to ensure that desired modifications (i.e. copy or layout changes) are documented, communicated, and implemented
- preparing associated project work orders
- coordinating special projects/items for clients
- assisting the client engagement director and manager in coordinating with the project management team
- helping prepare estimates, timelines and reports
- familiarising yourself with routing and project trafficking
- assisting in the prompt and accurate billing of the agency’s charges
- helping monitor and contain project expenses
- keeping all agency staff informed of upcoming projects and deadlines
Where
Our office is in Edinburgh, but we’re a virtual agency for team members who want to work from home, wherever that is. There may also be some travel to client meetings, trade shows or events.
