About the role
<p data-start="23" data-end="408">The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of <strong data-start="104" data-end="247">digital marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, website content projects, social media promotional kits, and design-focused deliverables</strong>, working closely with cross-functional, multi-project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget, according to defined scope and timeline.</p>
<p data-start="410" data-end="819">They will help build project plans and schedules, oversee project activities, and support successful project execution by applying organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to track progress, identify needs, support day-to-day project activities, and collaborate effectively across teams.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="1s9sfc2" data-start="821" data-end="833">You Will:</h3>
<ul data-start="835" data-end="3350">
<li data-section-id="11oyyjl" data-start="835" data-end="947">Assist in development, maintenance, and execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s).</li>
<li data-section-id="1do5ir7" data-start="948" data-end="1059">Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions.</li>
<li data-section-id="1izhrwk" data-start="1060" data-end="1177">Support the team by reviewing project briefs and turning them into clear deliverables, timelines, and requirements.</li>
<li data-section-id="1y66hlb" data-start="1178" data-end="1388">Learn how to use existing PMO practices and templates to support building accurate project timelines, outlining key activities and dependencies to help ensure projects are delivered on time and stay on track.</li>
<li data-section-id="1g8unbe" data-start="1389" data-end="1467">Provide teams with clear communication on upcoming milestones and deadlines.</li>
<li data-section-id="xllbex" data-start="1468" data-end="1685">Observe financial and resourcing processes and practices, actively participate in resource planning and maintenance of accurate bookings, ensure timely updates in internal systems, and communicate changes as needed.</li>
<li data-section-id="1mjnd5v" data-start="1686" data-end="1752">Assist in acquiring appropriate resources to meet project needs.</li>
<li data-section-id="1dos63j" data-start="1753" data-end="1963">Assist in planning and managing internal and external project communications, including providing clear status updates, flagging risks or issues early, and collaborating with senior team members on solutions.</li>
<li data-section-id="16q8jxa" data-start="1964" data-end="2058">Assist in identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating, and communicating project risks.</li>
<li data-section-id="r4coms" data-start="2059" data-end="2187">Assist with scheduling and organizing internal meetings, capturing notes, feedback, and managing timely recaps and follow-ups.</li>
<li data-section-id="djuq9c" data-start="2188" data-end="2316">Review meeting notes, identify what’s relevant for your team, and flag questions, blockers, or changes to senior team members.</li>
<li data-section-id="1vnm6ao" data-start="2317" data-end="2425">Prepare status updates and, when needed, join internal meetings to share progress and align on next steps.</li>
<li data-section-id="9lp0t3" data-start="2426" data-end="2557">Support Delivery and Account teams by helping document deliverables, timelines, and ensuring details are accurate and up to date.</li>
<li data-section-id="1mluii1" data-start="2558" data-end="2699">Help keep project trackers (e.g., hot sheets, schedules) current by updating relevant items and following up on action items with guidance.</li>
<li data-section-id="u5y498" data-start="2700" data-end="2841">Work closely with senior Delivery team members to learn best practices and contribute to cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.</li>
<li data-section-id="161jc3t" data-start="2842" data-end="3054"><strong data-start="2844" data-end="3054">Support the delivery of creative and marketing-focused projects, including website content updates, digital campaigns, social media assets, promotional kits, brand initiatives, and other design-driven work.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="k135ii" data-start="3055" data-end="3222"><strong data-start="3057" data-end="3222">Coordinate closely with Creative, Design, Production, Strategy, and Account teams to ensure creative deliverables move efficiently through the project lifecycle.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="vyxvpi" data-start="3223" data-end="3350"><strong data-start="3225" data-end="3350">Track creative deliverables, feedback cycles, approvals, and production timelines to ensure successful project execution.</strong></li>

<h3 data-section-id="1sbktja" data-start="3352" data-end="3364">You Have:</h3>

<li data-section-id="18aa83v" data-start="3366" data-end="3411">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li data-section-id="pherlh" data-start="3412" data-end="3472">Strong business acumen in project planning and management.</li>
<li data-section-id="sgfywg" data-start="3473" data-end="3601">Exceptional attention to detail and organization; able to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.</li>
<li data-section-id="1b3n02u" data-start="3602" data-end="3719">Clear and confident communication — written and verbal — able to interface across disciplines and flag risks early.</li>
<li data-section-id="1nah0g9" data-start="3720" data-end="3928">Comfort using and experimenting with productivity tools (e.g., AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for tasks such as summarizing content, drafting communications, automating research, or analyzing data.</li>
<li data-section-id="uywi88" data-start="3929" data-end="4056">A strong sense of ownership and initiative — consistently raises their hand to take on responsibility and drive work forward.</li>
<li data-section-id="11uh6qk" data-start="4057" data-end="4155">Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in evolving environments with shifting priorities.</li>

<li data-section-id="1ou6as4" data-start="4673" data-end="4791"><strong data-start="4675" data-end="4791">Experience or exposure to creative, advertising, marketing, digital agency, or customer experience environments.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="1a4np0u" data-start="4792" data-end="4987"><strong data-start="4794" data-end="4987">Experience coordinating or supporting creative deliverables such as campaign assets, website content, social media content, promotional kits, digital experiences, or brand-related projects.</strong></li>
<li data-section-id="1ct9caz" data-start="4988" data-end="5160"><strong data-start="4990" data-end="5160">Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including Designers, Creative Leads, Strategists, Producers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders.</strong></li>
