What a Project Coordinator Does at Paul Davis Restoration
- Manage assigned restoration projects from initial loss through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, permits, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the restoration process.
- Monitor project quality, safety, cleanliness, and workmanship to ensure company standards are met.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, update project management systems, and ensure project files are complete.
- Conduct project inspections, manage warranty and quality assurance items, and facilitate final walkthroughs with customers.
- Collaborate with operations teams, technicians, insurance adjusters, homeowners, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward.
- Assist with estimating, billing, collections, and scope development as needed.
- Support reconstruction, contents, marketing, and business development efforts when required.
- Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration's values and commitment to customer service.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, customer service, or related role preferred
- Restoration or mitigation industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based systems
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
