<p><strong>Project Coordinator III – Multilingual AI Quality</strong></p> <p>itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support the operational execution of multilingual AI quality programs that drive product quality across global AI experiences. This role serves as the operational backbone of a fast-growing Multilingual AI Quality team, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, language experts, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project coordination, program operations, or localization programs within the technology industry, along with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, vendor relationships, and reporting processes in fast-paced environments.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (US-based). Candidates must be available to work with US Pacific Time (PST) overlap.</p> <p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6 Months<br>We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.<br>Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage task pipelines and workflow queues across multilingual AI quality audit programs, ensuring timely completion and resolution of bottlenecks.</li> <li>Coordinate day-to-day communications with external vendors and partners across multiple languages, projects, and AI evaluation initiatives.</li> <li>Triage incoming task requests, validate project scope and feasibility, and prioritize operational activities based on business needs.</li> <li>Monitor task progress, identify tooling or process issues, and drive resolution through appropriate stakeholders.</li> <li>Pull, organize, and analyze quality audit data to support reporting, operational insights, and stakeholder decision-making.</li> <li>Maintain vendor quality scorecards and track performance metrics, throughput, and quality trends across programs.</li> <li>Prepare documentation including meeting notes, process documentation, status updates, and reporting materials for distributed teams.</li> <li>Support cross-functional collaboration with localization, language management, data analytics, and technical teams to ensure operational excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Internal Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attend regular internal practice community meetings.</li> <li>Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.</li> <li>Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).</li> <li>Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.</li> <li>Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).</li> <li>Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or operations within the technology industry.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with multilingual AI annotation, AI quality audit workflows, or internationalization/localization programs.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, platforms, and operational processes with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting operational or workflow issues and driving resolutions independently.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, meeting notes, process creation, and stakeholder reporting.</li> <li>Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining operational dashboards or workflow trackers.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience coordinating external vendors, service providers, or third-party partners across multiple time zones.</li> <li>Background supporting AI, machine learning, language technology, or content quality operations.</li> <li>Experience working with multilingual content, localization, translation, or internationalization programs.</li> <li>Experience supporting globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Exposure to AI evaluation, quality assurance, or data operations programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Company Description</strong><br>About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
