At Apex, you don’t just join a company, you help shape what comes next.<br></span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Project Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform detailed and conceptual civil engineering design, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Prepare and review design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and reports.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist the Project Manager with overall project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and task assignments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Track project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the development of proposals,&nbsp;scope&nbsp;documents, and client presentations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist&nbsp;in the permit application and approval process, coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in client and contractor meetings, documenting action&nbsp;items&nbsp;and&nbsp;facilitating&nbsp;follow-up.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to internal project management systems by&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;records, budgets, and progress reports.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">BS in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. EIT&nbsp;required,&nbsp;PE preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">4+ years of related experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency&nbsp;with MS Office suite, Civil 3D, and&nbsp;HydroCAD&nbsp;preferred.
