<p>About the Role<br>We’re seeking an experienced and capable Project Engineer to oversee daily onsite operations,<br>and provide onsite representation for Nscale during construction activities. You will help drive day-to-<br>day execution with the general contractor, ensure the requirements of Nscale’s safety program are<br>followed and ensure that the contractor’s schedule and quality reports are accurate. You will partner<br>closely with Nscale leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to make sure the facility and systems<br>delivered under the construction contracts meet business and customer requirements.</p>
<p>What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)<br>● Represent Nscale onsite and oversee daily onsite construction operations.<br>● Facilitate clear, fast communication between Nscale leadership and the general contractor.<br>● Ensure that the general contractor is adhering to the requirements and expectations of Nscale’s<br>Safety Program and adhering to their own safety program reinforcing compliance and proactive</p>
<p>risk management across the project site.<br>● Monitor contractor progress and adherence to the project schedule.<br>● Monitor onsite personnel and daily manpower reporting submitted by the general contractor.<br>● Validate accurate reporting of:<br>o Construction schedule<br>o Production and procurement schedules<br>o QAQC hold points and release status<br>● Partner cross-functionally with construction, commissioning, operations, procurement, and<br>product or platform stakeholders to align delivered mechanical systems to requirements.<br>● Provide onsite support to Nscale leadership across LLE equipment procurement, submittals,<br>RFIs, field changes, and issue resolution through construction.<br>● Production delivery tracking, auditing and verification.<br>● Ensure contractor compliance and accuracy for all Interface Management System (IMS) and<br>Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) reporting, documentation, and filing.</p>
<p>About You (Skills / Qualifications)<br>Required<br>● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an Engineering discipline.<br>● Experience (internship, co-op, or full-time) supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical,<br>or industrial construction projects.<br>● Ability to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment and support a team delivering against<br>aggressive milestones.<br>● Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural systems in<br>high-performance facilities.<br>● Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability throughout project delivery.<br>● Proficiency in Procore.<br>● Experience working alongside commissioning teams and supporting transition from<br>construction to operations.<br>● Familiarity with formal interface management and document control processes (IMS/EDMS) on<br>large capital projects.</p>
