Project Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer whose main responsibilities will include:

• Helping to coordinate and communicate regular maintenance schedules to the relevant production teams.

• Supporting the ERP system by updating equipment logs, maintenance records, and organizing technical documentation.
• Assisting in Project Execution & collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Gathering and analyzing data to assist with performance reporting and operational metrics.
• Assisting in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and general production documents.
• Recording and monitoring daily operational data and quality parameters for facility utilities.

Required Qualifications:

• University or Technical degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a technical or operational support role.
• Excellent command of MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand mechanical specifications.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Hands-on mindset, effective communication, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding safety and compliance.
