Experience</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline from an ABET Accredited institution (i.e. BSEE, BSME, BSCE).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">EIT License preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Desire 1+ years project engineering experience in the designing, building, or commissioning in EPC or utility electricity generation field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience in the solar industry desirable.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with reviewing 30/60/90/IFC design drawings; reviewing/responding to RFI’s and material submittals; and with codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to photovoltaic power plants are all a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Required Skills/Competencies:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly proficient in MS Office suite.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, PVsyst, AutoCAD a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to perform work and coordinate multiple projects at once.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn quickly.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Our interview process:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">A typical interview process at Silicon Ranch might include the below stages.
