About the role
- Conduct site visits and assess land feasibility for solar development.
- Review and prepare technical drawings, layouts, and engineering inputs for proposals.
- Compile and coordinate tender documentation for timely submission to authorities.
- Perform preliminary solar system design, yield simulations, and feasibility analysis.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and basic financial evaluations (training provided).
- Analyze market data and policy frameworks to identify development opportunities.
- Assist in developing business plans for local and international projects.
- Provide suitable options to enhance the competitiveness and viability of proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related).
- Knowledge of solar PV design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for site assessments within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
