You'll be joining a team powered by Takealot Group's core values.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This position reports to the : Head of Logistics Services</strong></p> <p>To drive operational excellence and strategic growth within the&nbsp;TFS courier and TFS On-demand service divisions by&nbsp;implementing innovative projects that expand service offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance client experience.&nbsp;This role serves as a key catalyst for analyzing data trends,&nbsp;leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating seamless&nbsp;client onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional&nbsp;collaboration to maximize TFS network performance and&nbsp;market expansion.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities can include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project Implementation: Lead and execute strategic&nbsp;projects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand&nbsp;space to enhance service capabilities and market reach</li> <li>Service Expansion: Identify, develop, and implement&nbsp;new service offerings to meet evolving market demands&nbsp;and client requirements</li> <li>Data Analysis &amp;amp; Insights: Analyze operational and&nbsp;performance data trends to identify opportunities for&nbsp;optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement&nbsp;improvement projects across TFS operations to increase&nbsp;efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality</li> <li>Client Onboarding: Manage and streamline the&nbsp;onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth&nbsp;integration and optimal service delivery</li> <li>Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations&nbsp;teams to identify areas of improvement, implement&nbsp;solutions, and ensure operational excellence</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear&nbsp;communication channels and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project&nbsp;lifecycles</li> <li>Process Standardization: Investigate, establish, and&nbsp;implement standardized resources and procedures&nbsp;across the TFS network</li> <li>Cross-functional Optimization: Collaborate with various&nbsp;departments to optimize delivery lead-times, logistics&nbsp;costs, and overall operational efficiency</li> <li>Compliance &amp;amp; Standards: Support the development and&nbsp;improvement of health and safety plans, programs, and&nbsp;procedures within TFS operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply&nbsp;chain, courier services, or on-demand delivery&nbsp;operations</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on project management experience&nbsp;with demonstrated success in implementing operational&nbsp;improvements</li> <li>Previous experience in courier, e-commerce fulfillment,&nbsp;or last-mile delivery operations highly preferred</li> <li>Experience working with data analytics tools and&nbsp;interpreting operational KPIs and metrics</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis</li> <li>Basic understanding of logistics management systems</li> <li>Knowledge of process mapping and workflow&nbsp;optimization tools</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume&nbsp;operational environments</li> <li>Background in continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder project&nbsp;environments</li> <li>Experience with cost analysis and budget management&nbsp;for operational projects</li> <li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams&nbsp;and managing complex initiatives</li> <li>Previous experience managing external vendor or client&nbsp;relationships</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Logistics &amp;amp;
