<p><strong>This position reports to the : Head of Logistics Services</strong></p>
<p>To drive operational excellence and strategic growth within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand service divisions by implementing innovative projects that expand service offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance client experience. This role serves as a key catalyst for analyzing data trends, leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating seamless client onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to maximize TFS network performance and market expansion.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities can include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Project Implementation: Lead and execute strategic projects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand space to enhance service capabilities and market reach</li>
<li>Service Expansion: Identify, develop, and implement new service offerings to meet evolving market demands and client requirements</li>
<li>Data Analysis &amp; Insights: Analyze operational and performance data trends to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement improvement projects across TFS operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality</li>
<li>Client Onboarding: Manage and streamline the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and optimal service delivery</li>
<li>Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to identify areas of improvement, implement solutions, and ensure operational excellence</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication channels and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles</li>
<li>Process Standardization: Investigate, establish, and implement standardized resources and procedures across the TFS network</li>
<li>Cross-functional Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to optimize delivery lead-times, logistics costs, and overall operational efficiency</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Standards: Support the development and improvement of health and safety plans, programs, and procedures within TFS operations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management</li>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier services, or on-demand delivery operations</li>
<li>2+ years of hands-on project management experience with demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements</li>
<li>Previous experience in courier, e-commerce fulfillment, or last-mile delivery operations highly preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with data analytics tools and interpreting operational KPIs and metrics</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis</li>
<li>Basic understanding of logistics management systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization tools</li>
<li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments</li>
<li>Background in continuous improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder project environments</li>
<li>Experience with cost analysis and budget management for operational projects</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives</li>
<li>Previous experience managing external vendor or client relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Attributes required :</strong></p>

<li>Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or courier/on-demand service operations</li>
<li>Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation with measurable outcomes</li>
<li>Analytical Capabilities: Advanced quantitative analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation, management metrics, and cost accounting principles</li>
<li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external clients, and cross-functional stakeholders</li>
<li>Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to interpret complex operational environments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions</li>
<li>Leadership &amp; Communication: Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change</li>
<li>Adaptability &amp; Resilience: High degree of personal motivation, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving business environments</li>
<li>Client-Focused Mindset: Understanding of client needs and market dynamics in the courier and on-demand service sectors</li>
